Our Courses
We're not based in one place. Throughout the year we travel to some of the best freediving locations in the world, and we release course dates from each destination as we go.
Courses run on set dates with limited spaces — usually small groups so quality supervision and coaching from us in the water. When a location opens up, we announce it to our mailing list first.
We teach the AIDA certification courses, which have a strong focus on proper technique, safety and in-depth theory. Our student’s safety is paramount, and we always refresh safety techniques in our sessions. We are both Emergency First Response and CPR trained for the very unlikely case of an accident or emergency.
