Encounter wild spinner dolphins ethically, every day.

An awe inspring week living on a liveaboard boat, swimming with hundreds of wild dolphins several times a day, learning to freedive with daily workshops, connecting to yourself on a deeper level through yoga and holistic welless practices, breathwork and disconnecting from the outside noise.

This trip is for ocean lovers, soul searchers and anyone curious to try freediving in a low pressure environment. Yoga and freediving complement one another harmoniously, because they both require you to get out of your head and into your body; this week will take you on that journey… No prior experience in either is required.

Review from Maja’s past Sataya Retreat

  • "Thank you, Immy and Joe, for extending your knowledge about freediving with me! To be able to finally dive underwater without ear pain was one of the biggest gifts! It allowed me to be closer to the dolphins and I felt more free to explore. I appreciate both of you! "

Brandy Peters - Sataya Workshop Participant

  • "Immy and Joe are awesome! They have a warm and confident presence that made me feel safe trying the skills to freedive. They never made me feel awkward to unable to learn which felt great because I was really nervous. They have so much patience, are kind, and so encouraging. Lastly, they are such great examples of skilled freedivers. I was always in awe watching them playing, and freediving with the dolphins in Sataya. I would highly recommend anyone who wishes to try freediving to do it with these two amazing people."

About your hosts

Immy & Joe, Flow State Freediving
Retreat facilitators and certified AIDA freediving instructors

We teach freediving because we believe it's one of the best ways to explore the ocean, We’re not about chasing depth and numbers, and more focused on that flow state feeling you can experience when you’re at one with the water and yourself.

As big believers in the holistic side of the practice, we’re so excited to bring our expertise together with Maja’s. Freediving draws on breathwork, nervous system regulation, mindfulness and presence in ways that overlap naturally with yoga and other body-based practices. It's why a week like this makes so much sense to us. Everything Maja brings to the programme feeds directly into your time in the water, and vice versa.

Maja, Yoga with Maja
Retreat facilitator and certified yoga instructor

Maja has led dolphin retreats at Sataya for four years and knows this place in a way that shows in everything she does. She brings the depth of practice and warmth that makes a week like this land differently.

We attended her Sataya retreat in early 2026 and we just knew we had to partner with her. We saw first hand how life changing her methods and ceremonies are, and we can’t wait to pair her magic with the freediving.
